Screen Printing:
Screen printed t-shirts and other apparel are ideal for customers looking for a cost-effective way to promote their business, school, or other organization. Also known as silk screening, screen printing is probably the most versatile and economical type of decorating. It produces a design on a garment by pressing ink through a template (or “screen”) that contains holes in the shape of the pattern. Because a separate screen is needed for each color in the design, the cost of screen printing is primarily dependent on the number of colors used.
There are a variety of special effects that can be incorporated into screen printing including metallic inks and puff-prints. With our more sophisticated printing methods such as “over-sized” and “all-over” prints, we can create very eye-catching effects.
While screen printing is most often associated with t-shirts, it can be used on wide range of materials including ceramics, wood, paper, glass, metal, and plastic.
