What kind of artwork can I send?
To process your order the fastest, please provide your artwork in an .AI, .EPS, or vector .PDF file. Otherwise, any high resolution (300 dpi or better) artwork saved as a .JPG, .TIF, .PNG, or .BMP will be acceptable. Don’t have artwork in these formats? Send us what you have and we’ll let you know if there will be any artwork charges needed for re-drawing or modification.
How fast will I get my order?
Delivery time is normally 6-9 days production time in addition to 1-5 days shipping time, depending on destination. Any delay with proof approval or modifications to artwork may add to the total turnaround time. Be sure to tell us the date you will need your order in-hand, and we will advise if a rush service or expedited shipping method will be needed.
Can I see a sample of the product before I place my order?
Of course! Contact us with the product/color you are interested in and your shipping address, and we’ll be happy to send you a complimentary sample.
Will I get a proof before you start my order?
Yes! We will email you a proof for your approval so you can make sure you are happy with how it looks before we start production. Upon request, we can also send a pre-production sample in most cases for additional cost.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Orders can be placed online using major credit cards or Paypal. We can also accept a check received in advance of production. For purchase orders, please contact us to discuss net 30 terms.
